Many PMP® prep courses structure their content using the same outline format as the PMBOK® Guide – focused around the nine Project Management Knowledge Areas. This covers most of the essential information needed to take exam. However, it tends to leave students with a disjointed understanding of the project management tools and techniques they are learning.

mScholar® PMP® Exam Prep uses an entirely different format. Our learning modules follow a typical project life cycle from start to finish, presenting essential PMBOK® Guide material in proper context to help you understand its application. This approach helps you intuitively understand PMP® Exam situational questions and choose more correct answers. mScholar PMP Prep Guarantee

If you pass your mScholar PMP Prep Final Exam and fail to pass your PMP Exam on the first attempt, mScholar will pay for your PMI re-examination fee in order to retake the exam. For the guarantee to be in effect, your PMI PMP Exam must be taken within 30 days of successfully passing the mScholar PMP Prep Final Exam. In addition, the PMI PMP Exam must be based on the same version of the PMBOK Guide as your mScholar Final Exam.

  1. Shipping & Handling

    Shipping & Handling Charges apply for all Independent Study Courses and any study groups which are not taking place on site. Shipping & Handling Charges vary depending upon the destination. You will be given the option to choose your shipping method during the online order process.

    Orders will generally ship within 2 business days. If you are taking place in a Study Group or 3+1 Intensive Workout your materials will ship 14 days before the start of the class.

    Note: mScholar is not responsible for any duties or taxes required by Customs in the destination country.

  2. Examination Fees

    All PMP Prep courses, Study Groups, and 3+1 Intensive Workout classes have a final exam associated with them. Students in the US and Canada will take their mScholar final exam at a Prometric Testing Center. A $75 examination fee is paid directly to Prometric upon registering to take the final exam.

    Students outside the the US and Canada will take a proctored version of the final exam and choose a proctor from their professional environment. A $75 examination fee will apply when you are ready to take your exam.


Cancellation Policy for Independent Study Courses

  • Cancellation is permitted only prior to taking your final exam.

  • 100% refund will be issued if cancellation occurs before payment has been processed. If payment has already been processed a 10% cancellation fee will apply.



Cancellation Policy for Open Enrollment Classes & Study Groups

  • Students may cancel up to 14 days prior to the start date. A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged to cover administration costs.

  • If student cancels fewer than 14 days prior to the start date, there will be no refund. The enrollee may choose to 1) transfer to a future class if one is available or 2) send a substitute in their place.

  • mScholar, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class or study group due to low enrollment. If this occurs a 14-day notice is typically provided to enrollees and a full refund will be issued.
